How does a virtual doctor visit happen?
1. The patient receives a message and a notification from the care partner notifying the appointment
time. A patient can also find his upcoming appointment on the app home page
2. Patient clicks on the joining link a few minutes before the appointment time
3. The patient is redirected to the Virtual Waiting room - waits for the MA (Medical Assistant to join
4. Medical Assistant joins the room and prepares the patient for the virtual consult
5. Once the patient is ready, she is redirected to the doctor – the doctor joins the call and the virtual visit
starts.
